Ladies

Purpose:

The Ladies Ministry exists for the training and equipping of women to be effective for Christ in their home, community, church, and on their jobs in order to lead people to Christ and bring glory and honor to God.

Goals:

1. To equip women with the Word of God as the main source on which to operate their minds and lives.

2.

To help every woman determine their spiritual giftings and determine which area(s) to become involved in to serve at Cornerstone Church that will be beneficial for all.

3. To reach out into the community and draw in those women who are as yet unreached and unchurched.

4. To build Cornerstone Church by providing a place of hope, restoration, renewal, and refreshing for all women.

5. To help all women feel wanted and needed and to edify them through the Word of God.

6. To show others, by example, a right reflection of the love, mercy, compassion, and tenderness of Jesus Christ.

7. To encourage all women to become personally involved one-on-one in the lives of others for the sake of Christ.

8. To create an atmosphere of peace, love, and compassion between all mankind.

9. To encourage the ladies of Cornerstone to operate in the gifts of the Spirit and allow the Spirit to control their hearts, minds, attitudes and actions.

10. To give, not get. To serve, not be served.

Attention, all ladies … mark your calendar for Ladies Night of Laughter 2008! Make plans now to join us on October 17th at 7:00 PM in the Sanctuary for a night of laughs, skits, and fun! We want you all to be there!
