Followers of Christ in academia are called to follow him into the heart of the contemporary university—to the heart of its mission and values, to the heart of its professors and to the heart of its students. We who are called to serve Jesus Christ in the secular academy have unique opportunities to speak to the heart of the university—often to comfort and strengthen it, sometimes to shape it and occasionally to confront it.
Professors and future professors from across the U.S. and around the world were inspired, encouraged and motivated at NFLC 2008 to engage the heart of the university with the heart, mind, and spirit of Jesus Christ. For program details, including plenary speakers, plus academic and ministry seminars, see nflc.us. All sessions were recorded and are available at cccaudio.com.

Papers from the 2006 National Faculty Leadership conference are published in The Two Tasks of the Christian Scholar.
In this book, presenters and key scholars seek to address the two tasks of redeeming the soul and redeeming the mind.

FC hosted the 2006 NFLC, entitled The Two Tasks, honoring the life and work of Dr. Charles Malik in the centenary year of his birth. The conference was a tremendous success.
Audio from many of the seminars and speakers is available here.
