Gateway’s new LCD display lineup is showing that CRTs are a thing of the past.
With a new 15, 17, and 19 inch model, they can hit most every average consumer and pricepoint. And with DVI-D for direct digital connections, they should all have decent image quality, plus a sleek look, VESA mount compatability, plus an optional add-on stand that has full adjustability (for just $49).
The new units are approximately $210, $300, and $350 respectively, plus start at 400:1 contrast ratio (450:1 for the 17 and 19) and a base 250 nits brightness, and have decent viewing angles.
