We’re a site dedicated to delivering useful information to our users, in a format (and language) that the average consumer can understand. News, reviews, guides, and how-to’s build the framework of content.
We’re a growing community of both expert and average consumers looking for the latest on consumer electronics, hardware, software, and technologies related to the digital home, ‘digital hub’, and home-theater convergence. We want to buy quality products, and thus want research to back up purchases – we will spend the money to get the right product the first time out. We love gadgets of all shape, size, color, and price, but they have to serve a purpose in the digital hub.
A strong core focus on convergence products, friendly but in-depth writing style, and coverage of both niche and high-demand products all contribute to differentiating CHAITGEAR from the mass of unreadable, unuseful, seen-it-before, everything-for-everyone sites that clutter the web. We deliver content that consumers want to read, and that they’ll rate highly.
CHAITGEAR is edited by David Chait, with product testing assistance from Judith Dantowitz, product and business insight from Jon Chait and Larry Chait, and guest editors, writers, and contributors.
