Long before Darwin was born, humanity was ruled by superstition. Men need not search for their origin because their religion provided them with the answers. It told them that they came to be because a supernatural Being or supernatural Conciousness brought them to existence.
Vanity Fair reported the other day about the cost of Cindy McCain's opening night outfit.
Cindy McCain's $300,000 Outfit
But if that wasn't enough, it is reported that it was paid for with GW's tax cuts. Tax cuts that McCain wants to keep permanent. No Wonder! Check this out.
As I watch this wave of Republican men who actually ran for the presidency make speech after speech preceding Ms Palin's acceptance speech, I have to think....what an insult Ms Palin's nomination must be to them?
Sarah Palin wants to spread God to the world. She agrees with Bin Laden that God sends His troops into battle. With her in eventually charge of the US and bin Laden eventually in charge of Pakistan they can together bring God to the Planet. She and bin Laden have big families and they together are willing for them all of them die in service to God.
Is it intellectually dishonest to use a pseudonym when posting on the internet? The owner of this forum has suggested that it is, at least in one particular instance. Is it just the use of a pen-name in an internet forum that is somehow intellectually dishonest, or are such names equally tainted when used elsewhere?
It just amazes me that people are crying about the Media's treatment of VP nominee Sarah Palin. They are saying some really stupid stuff like give her a break because she is a woman.
Since the announcement of Sarah Palin as the Republican Vice Presidential Nominee, I've watched numerous Republican and John McCain supporters try to convince the American people that she is a qualified nominee. Their focal point seems to be that she was a mayor and now Governor of Alaska and that gives her more executive officer experience than Barack Obama.

Claiming McCain is indecisive interferes with claiming he is a monster. People trip over themselves when they claim McCain is both a waffleler and a monster. If he is just a waffleler, we really have no idea what he would be as President.

Amy Goodman Violently Arrested Today at RNC
Echoes of Tiananmen Square...Apparently it's okay to arrest someone for doing their jobs. Freedom of the Press is another right down the drain.
Wind, Solar Investments In Jeopardy As Tax Credits Are Set To Expire
With energy becoming a major issue in this forthcoming election, this is an issue that EVERYONE from POTUS to Senators and Congressmen MUST ADDRESS.
Is that her claim to fame?
The GOP gave up the "inexperience card" against Obama when McCain made one phone call to confirm with Palin her agreement to become the second woman in American history to become a Vice Presidential candidate.
Is it me or does Sarah Palin look like Tina Fey?
I can see the SNL skits ahead...Amy Poehler playing Hillary versus Tina Fey playing Sarah.
Sarah doesn't stand a chance. But on a serious note, here's a perspective on Sarah Palin from an Alaskan on an Alaskan website, "Mudflats":
Cost of gasoline is going down, so why isn't electricity?
Answer: Because Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) is greedy for profits.
For the 3rd straight month my electric bill totals more than $500, which is double that of all my previous bills.
