About Me
This blog is a result of my humble attempts to discuss theological issues in an open and honest manner. I am a priest in the Church of England and I serve as a Curate in a Traditionalist Anglo-Catholic Parish. I hold a licence in the Durham Diocese under the Rt. Revd Dr. N.T. Wright and I serve in a parish that is under the pastoral and sacramental care of the Bishop of Beverley, The Rt. Revd Martyn Jarrett, SSC. I have been a PhD candidate at the University of Durham from 2004-2007 under the supervision of Professor David Brown. Professor Brown has moved to the University of St. Andrews and I transferred with him where I will complete my thesis. My thesis is 'Eucharist and Ecumenism in the Theology of Lancelot Andrewes: Then and Now'. The thesis is mainly looking at Andrewes as a catalyst for ecumenism with Rome in the area of Eucharistic Sacrifice.
