What About Internship and Graduate School Opportunities?
Currently, students are working at Monrovia Community Hospital, Huntington Hospital, several physical therapy and athletic training clinics, and for APU’s Mexico Outreach medical team—Team Luke—to gain internship experience. Azusa Pacific University has its own Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program for those interested in continuing education. Also, students are matriculating to Chapman University, Loma Linda University, and University of Southern California.
“APU has the unique quality of offering personal attention while also providing the academic challenge and opportunities often found only at larger universities. And it is the faculty and staff that makes this possible through their evident love for the students and their genuine gift of teaching.”
