Stop sounding like a text book teacher for Online Marketing
My first eCommerce online marketing class  started today. We sat in a class on the
phone with a group of high profile women, who chatted like we were having coffee
over at starbucks. Talk to your clients in your online marketing like your friends
not a marketing know it all.
Online Marketing seems to make people think they need to be a master of it all
or at least talk like they are the online marketing kings and queens. Most of them
have not made $1000 much less a $1000 a month.
Story telling is the best way to share your products or your business hands down.
If your like me your tired of the BS out there that says “this is the best company”
“and this is the best product”. Tell me how it worked for you or someone you know.
I got busted by my coach on this very first Online Marketing class that made us all

 Lottery mindset is the single biggest problem in the Network Marketing Profession.
I see people lined up to play the lottery right after pay day or any time they get
tax returns, or extra money. Lottery playing is not investing into a dream -
they are pretending and living on the edge of a dream. The lottery only happens
to a very few. Calculate your chances.
I just finished an 8-week Web Copy & Marketing class of a mastermind group of
serious business professionals . What an amazing group of business minds.
We learned about small tweets to apply to our marketing skills that we could see
within hours -- to days of making the changes. That is not lottery mind-set that is
working toward long term financial income. I have taken many classes and worked
with alot of people learning new skills. What I found interesting with this class is at
the end of the class, no one was quiet ready to part from the group. That is good coaching!
Starting Thursday I will once again be working on my kind of lottery marketing with my

* Are you recruiting the wrong people to your network marketing business *
With Twitter and Facebook, being a large part of social marketing you get the
chance to chat with lots of different people. That does not mean that all those
people are looking for a network marketing business nor someone you want
in your network marketing business.
A few days ago I had a friend who shared a guy’s name – we will call him Chas -
that was also in marketing. She thought we would have something in common
or we could learn from one another.
I was not looking for a network marketing recruitee. I was going to say hello and
a mutual friend knew both of us. I said “Hello my friend said you were in marketing
and thought I would say hello.” His comeback was like a hungry marketer that did
not know how to say hello without recruiting. He went from Hello – “to watch this
video and learn more about what we do and how you can make 6-figures in 25 days”
Really Chas ? If people could do what you do an make 6-figures in just 25 days
don’t you think people would be lined at the door begging to get in? Would
there even be a need to “recruit” if every person we talked too could do this
business with out hardly any effort.
Draft only SELECT Few
As soon as I finished reading his message I threw up. {Well not really} WOW. What
happen to drafting a select few? You know, learn about  the person. Shake hands,
have a conversation, learn about who I am and if I am even interested in a business.
I do not want to work with people I have nothing in common with, or that doesn’t
has a have burning desire to change the pattern they are in now.
Network Marketing has a bad reputation for people like Chas. Being SELECTIVE
in your network marketing recruiting will eliminate a LOT of heartache and frustration
and bringing in the wrong people and expecting them to explode, and they only fizzle out.
Who wants to work with someone who is like a ton of lead, that you have to drag along
and beg to go to work. Not me.
Learn how to attract marketing works without being a slimy network marketer. Look for
like minded people. All MLM recruiting is in a nutshell is looking for folks who are of the
 same philosophy that we are, and if they are not, make them a customer and get referrals.
Listen to how my groups work online. Don’t be a Chas. You want make 6-figures in
25 days but I can show you how to work toward that goal and bigger.
