Amazon provides your customers with tracking information, customer service and return service for all your Amazon.com orders.

All Fulfillment by Amazon packages include detailed packing slips and are inspected at the time of packing. Orders are delivered directly to the carrier of choice and shipment information is recorded in our system with tracking numbers and updated order status. Merchants can manage their Fulfillment by Amazon orders using special tools in Seller Central and can replenish the inventory from their own stocks for additional sales.
