List both Source and Target URLs in Redirections list

Description
Just like the title says. It would make it much easier to manage the redirections if both the Source and the Target URLs were listed. I had entered a faulty target URL (missed a slash) that caused a double redirect that ended up in a 404 anyways. It would have been much easier to pick out the offending entry if I could see the target right there in the list.

This was not done for design reasons - it makes for an ugly looking interface
