Welcome to the Urban Giraffe tracker. From here you can report bugs and request new features in Urban Giraffe software.

Registration is not required, although if you do register yourself then you’ll be able to keep track of your reported bugs and feature requests from your own project profile page. Registration also brings with it several other advantages, such as plugin newsletters and access to the Urban Giraffe support forums.

Bug Reports

If you are reporting a bug then please do provide as much information as possible. This may include:
Screenshots HTML from your page (save as HTML from your browser) Details of your environment (PHP, MySQL version, operating system)

In some instances you may need to supply me with an admin login to your site so that additional debugging can be carried out. If this is the case then this should be sent by email and not specified here.

Feature Requests

If you have an idea for how to improve a piece of software, or want to request additional features, then please do make a feature request. Just like for bug reports, please provide as much information as possible. A feature request with a lot of information is more likely to be included than something that I can’t understand and need to chase you up for.

Note that I cannot guarantee the inclusion of any feature request, and they may be ignored or included at a much later date.
