I do try and provide as much support as I can for all software and articles I create, but a response is dependant on how busy I am elsewhere in my life. If you are writing to ask for help or to report a problem then it will really help to include as much detail as you can. For example, URLs, screenshots, and any appropriate version information. Support requests have a much better chance of being answered if you direct them to the support forums.
If you find something particularly useful, or use it commercially, then consider sending some support to say thank you. It'll make my day better, and you'll feel all warm and fuzzy too.
