I have a friend (20yrs old) who got arrested on 8/29/08 for driving w/o owners consent. We attended his court date this past Wednesday and proceeded to bail him out. He WAS supposed to be released yesterday, but it turns out he has an INS hold. So naturally the bail was reversed and he remained in custody.
