Also I'm working on a new algorithm to improve search results. I've created a small statistic to check the probability of occurrence to each word in the song lyrics database. You can check it out here -wordslist textfile-. Each song and all songs together contain certain numbers of words. Omitting frequent words would improve performance and search results. Displaying the song lyrics as a part of the search results may be also interesting and user friendly. In theory all this sounds simple, programmatically it's a challenge and takes time.
Everyone should have the ability to submit new song lyrics to the database. However, it's important to set rules and privileges based on contribution of members. By the way membership is free, and it remains free. When you add messages, comments you receive contribution points rewarding you with privileges to add, modify songs, artists, albums, etcetera.
A lot more features to be announced. Keep your flash plugin up to date because the songbook version 2.0 will contain Rich Internet Applications. See if you can play songs with the flash box below.

The forum is getting now more user registrations. Also some visitors had problems with reading the verification code and contacted me. We solved the issues quickly.
