Checklist for Lengthening Your Life Health Consciousness We hear it everyday. Until we implement methods our lifespan will not improve. The bottom line is

Men Are Living Longer Research indicates that there is a decline in death rates from major causes, including heart disease and cancer. This means that the life expectancy of Americans has risen to an all time high of 77.6 years. Although women still outlive men by 5.3 years the gap has narrowed by one tenth in the past 3 years.

The Maine Retirement PlaceAlthough Arizona and Florida are the top choice states for retirement, they also attract a lot of younger people. Drawn by the desirable weather, the influx of people under the age of twenty-five has lowered the median age of these two states.
