Publisher's Take Note ! Here are the books we want. . .
In a previous post I shared the results of my survey of the offerings of 275 bloggers who participated in the Book Meme created by Ben Myers.
One of the questions on that Meme was, #6. "A book that you wish had been written:" The answers were almost all very interesting. They varied from the very thoughtful and academic to the intimately personal.
I contemplated the possibility of compiling the whole list, but instead opted to share below only some of those that for one reason or another caught my interest.

Actually, I kind of do like housework. However, I don't have a toddler to manage and teach to bring me beers, so I imagine that makes a difference...
Thanks for compiling these, it was fun to read.
A great survey. These book titles are all very creative. Thanks for taking the time to compile them.
I will have to go visit some of these creative minds now...

And I thought I spent a lot of time on blogs. Thanks for the hard work!
Thanks for stopping by. Please come back again some time.
Some of these were absolutely hilarious. Well, maybe not in an absolute sense, but definitely relatively.
For my answer, I wrote:
“Psych! Fooled ya!” (Or, I only meant to illustrate the beauty of Heaven by talking about this place called Hell, which doesn’t really exist. You all should just lighten up.), by Jesus.
C.S. Lewis has said that if there was any one doctrine he would rewrite in Scripture, it would be the doctrine of Hell, but he cannot, because the scriptures are plain. A debate has been raging in my post on Carlton Pearson’s universalism heresy about this issue, and it seems to be as unending as the worm that dies not. Yet, I suspect no amount of arguing is ever going to change Jesus’ actual words.
Regards,
Rich.
