Today we work the arms, and of course the legs. Hey, you NEED leg strength! We'll he some cardio too, don't worry. All here, all now in the Seven Minute Solution! (tm).

PhillyMac Phitness (tm) Day 02 - Delayed
Hey everyone!
So, I got all the hours in and made the @Mrs.PhillyMac happy. Unfortunately, now I don't have daylight to record! But, not to worry! Tomorrow I'll have up day 02 & 03!
Till then, do a little gentle stretching, especially your quads after doing those squats yesterday!
