Now THAT’S how you start a season!

Posted by Nanci Barthelmess on 31 March 2008

The Dodgers and Giants are in the top of the 2nd inning in the first game of the 2008 MLB season, and they’re playing in Los Angeles for the first time in way too long to start the season. And the Dodgers are showing the Giants that they showed up ready to play this game. Read the rest of this entry »

The 2008 season is almost here, and MLB rolls out a remake of Gameday

Posted by BostonPeng on 28 March 2008

Except for the Red Sox and the A’s, who played two games of their new season in Tokyo this past week, the 2008 season for Major League Baseball is going to begin in just a few days. If you loved the live Gameday app for following baseball games in the past there’s a major update for Gameday 2008. Read the rest of this entry »

Put a fork in the season. It’s over.

Posted by Nanci Barthelmess on 30 September 2007

As I write this the Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Francisco Giants are playing the last inning of the regular season, but for all intents and purposes, it’s over. The San Diego Padres and the Colorado Rockies have a one game playoff tomorrow night in Denver to find out who the National League Wild Card team will be, but for Dodger fans the season’s over. The best we can do is hope for next season, but we’re definitely not happy at how the season ended. Read the rest of this entry »

Posted by Nanci Barthelmess on 25 September 2007

He knows he’s going to be called upon to provide some support from time to time, and he’s fine with that. He knows I won’t ask too often. ;)Read the rest of this entry »
