I promised to have a follow-up post about Mother's Day weekend since it was so amazing....so here's a little sneak peak into the weekend schedule and a few more pictures:
Friday evening:
Josh (Jeremy's brother) and his wife Natalie (who are expecting a little boy in September!) flew into Memphis around 6:00 p.m. My dad also flew in from Minneapolis at this time so we picked them up at the airport, dropped Dad at the hotel so he could rest, and then met the rest of the Baker clan at the Grand Buffet in Germantown.
Later that night, Bethany, Mom and Gram Clay arrived at our house having driven from Springfield. Jonathan and Heather (Jonathan's girlfriend) arrived a little later...they had driven all the way from Florida in one day. We all enjoyed meeting Heather for the first time!
Saturday:
A baby shower for Natalie at 10:00 a.m. at Grandma Baker's house....ladies only :) We had delicious salads, fun games, and lots of adorable gifts for Natalie. The guys went golfing. We all met up for lunch and games at our house in the afternoon.
That evening, the Bakers AND Palmers had dinner at Justin & Monny's to celebrate Josh's and Lillie's birthdays. This is where my dad and mom had a very special announcement which will be another separate blog later...look for this post coming soon.
Sunday:
The big day! Mother's Day and Grant's dedication at church. My dad was able to dedicate him, and it was so special. The whole family was there and Grant was an angel. It brings tears to my eyes thinking about what an amazing little boy God has given us. I am so so blessed to be his mommy.

God love you all. What sweet pictures! That one of him in the seat by himself...he looks like a little man! He's really getting big. You are blessed to be his mommy, but he is also very blessed to have a mommy like you. You have a beautiful family. Love ya!
