Hi!

My name is Dan Bernardic.

I hold a 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and am currently working as an Application Developer.

I started using Ubuntu shortly after its first release, 4.10, and have been using it since. I never used a free software distribution before using Ubuntu. In the beginning, I often needed help with configuring the system, and I used the ubuntu IRC support channel[1]. I joined the New User Network[2] as a mentor in July of 2005 to help new users get started with using Ubuntu.

I see computers as a means to an end, and enjoy setting them up to be useful to people. Email me if you would like help with your system[3]!
