I've made ready to use Wget binaries for you to download in case you need to use the command-line version. All of binaries here are complied with MinGW and can be run on Microsoft Windows 95 and above. Wget source code is taken from the original Wget source code that can be found on the GNU FTP server.

To build Wget, please use MinGW. When you finished installing MinGW, go to sytem properties and set PATH environment variable to include MinGW binary path (typically C:\MinGW\bin) then from Wget source tree run
mingw32-make
