I practice IP law in Silicon Valley and have an unhealthy obsession with coding, photography, Apple, gadgets, artificial intelligence, and all things Internet.
More than anything, this space is an outlet for sharing and commenting on things I'm currently involved in, infatuated with, or annoyed by, and it just so happens that a lot of those things have to do with computers.

This is a bit and not a regular weblog entry
I don’t actually believe in the “Mobile Web” anymore, and therefore am less inclined to spend time and effort in a market I think is limited at best, and dying at worst.

In other words, I think anyone currently developing sites using XHTML-MP markup, no Javascript, geared towards cellular connections and two inch screens are simply wasting their time[.]
