Trackback is a tool thats built into many blogging systems. It is a cool tool for sure. Trackback allows you to comment remotely on another blog and notify the blog that such comment has been made. It’s a great way to not have to rewrite or duplicate content and leave a trail that a reader can follow.

Trackback is one of the tools that gives a blog it’s community feel. To use it in word press for example you just copy the trackback link from the original blog and after finishing your post, past it into the space provided for trackback URI. Too easy.
