You'll see the below form. First you can use this if you only lost your password. The next line down, it says, "Lost your username too?. Nothing like having a piece of paper make you feel smaller than you already feel!
Well then you give them your email address, and they will send both to you. How do they know it's you, you ask? Well they compare the email address to the email address registered for that account...They'd better match!
Fill it out the form and your on your way to happy Blogging, once again!

Ok, I do this, and then when I have established a new password, its ok as long as I don't log off. As soon as I log off Google forgets everything and I have to go through the same procedure all over again. this is very aggrivating.
Google has said that both accounts are consolidated into one account. So now my username is my email address which is what I used to open a gmail account? I forgot. Anyway I did open a gmail account. and that made things work for a long time. Now I have these problems again.
You see I can post here because my account is recognized, but as soon as I log off....for get it.
I've gone to that link, but the form that I get is a different one... It's only for those who have lost their password. There is no way to recover the username with that form...
I think that link worked with the old Blogger... but not anymore.
That is a New Blogger form. You put in your email address to continue and it will send you the usernames attached to that email address!

Anonymous, look at the labels in my lower right sidebar and read the Blogger contacts post. That will give you the help you need.
Or you could go over to the Blogger help group and read the FAQ page, which will also give you the contacts that can help you.
That account I used to sign up for my Blogger account has since been deleted as someone did so without my knowledge. I used that acccount for password retrieval and being as to how it was not a Google account I cannot do so. An suggestions as to how I can go about getting my password sent to me?
