30 Dec 2007 9:11am GMT I guess I was wrong, look what I found! http://www.breworganic.com/Catalog/Malt_extract.htm It does look like it costs more, but is it worth it? Really, I don't know. Man has been brewing beer for a long time, what happened? Did they have "Global Warming" back in the 1500's? I am sure that everything had to be organic then, there were no chemicals, there wasn't much of anything. Back then, they just Brewed it, bugs and all!
