Linking to a Google Account: Changing Google-linked YouTube account's password
If you created your YouTube account from a Google account, you can change your password by following the steps below:
Note: In YouTube you will not have an option in My Account --> Account Settings to change the password as the password tied to your Google account.
Navigate to: http://www.google.com . Click the "Sign in" link at the top right. Sign in with your Google Account email address and password. Click the "My Account" link at the top right. Click the "Change password" link at the top left.

Click the "My Account" link in the upper-right-hand corner. Under Account Settings, click the "Change Password" link. Enter your current YouTube password in the "Verify Old Password" field. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and the "Retype New Password" field. Click the "Update" button
