Lessons in political tone deafness

President George W. “Dubya” Bush:

A clear lesson I learned in the museum was that outside forces that tend to divide people up inside their country are unbelievably counterproductive.

He’s talking about the Rwandan genocide. One wonders if, Homer Simpson-like, President Bush’ brain didn’t just take a walk at that point.
