I started playing around with Photoshop CS4 today. The weirdest new feature I've found to date is "Content Aware Scaling" Place a photo on a single layer and from Edit choose Content Aware Scaling. Photoshop will scale the background of the image and leave the main subject at unscaled. In other words you end up with a different proportional size...
