Constance has an update about the EU on her blog, that goes along with what I posted earlier

If you are into those pursuits and want to talk about it, that is called DIALOGUE. If one believes that Jesus is the Christ and wants to talk about it, that is called PROSELYTIZING. As Gina Cerminara bragged in her 1980s books and correspondence, it is basically a game of general semantics.

I'm glad someone besides me is keeping an eye on little Javier. He is a facinating and somewhat ghostly fellow who's name seems to pop up everywhere but never too visibly. He seems to be always at the sidelines but never the central focus.

One thing that I've read about him and did not see mentioned here is that he was awarded the Cross Of Isabela. That was shocking to me as it is the cross of the inquisition...

Javier Solana is the most important person in the governing body of the European Union as he stays at the top of the pyramid while others rotate. Gradually the countries who are part of the EU are turning over to the EU their decision making abilities...as in one world government. Check out EUreferendum.blogspot.com to see how this is happening.

Understanding the connection between the Cross of Isabella and Solana's goals is way beyond your mental ability, so I won't even try.

Javier Solana, is the "high-representative" or ruler of the European Union (EU.) He is a charasmatic fellow, that makes Clinton seem awkward by comparison.

He is also a member of the "Club of Rome" ... which operates under the following charter:
