Oh Happy Day!
Today started great and just keeps getting better and better.
A dear friend called to tell me she’s pregnant. I’m so excited! Giddy even. Tamara is getting married! She asked me to be in her wedding and I’m thrilled. Sarah gets to be a flower girl. She’s equally thrilled. I got my orders for First Lieutenant in the mail. They’re effective September 9th. [Sarah's birthday] Joel taught his first day of classes for our new business: Professional Law Enforcement.
Wow! That’s a lot of good news to handle all in one day!

I was thinking about you this morning, but figuring it would not be likely that you’d be at the chaplain’s conference–I mean look at your life and your schedule! Send me an email and I’ll send you my cell phone number. Not sure when we will arrive, but we are staying at University Plaza. Are you?
