Commercial use
If your site is commercial, you need to obtain a commercial license.
The following sites fall under the definition of commercial sites:
Any site owned by a company (be it a site on the Internet or on a Local/Wide Area Network). Any site whose main purpose is directly or indirectly generating money, which is not owned by a registered non-profit organization.
