Dream a Great Big Dream: Attitude Vitamins

Looking for a break this week? Close your eyes for 5 minutes and dream a great big dream, something that will drive you closer to your goals. This week, I'm[image] going to be spending a lot of time working on a book I'm writing about customer service, and putting some of the pieces in place to re-launch my customer service training website.

Want to hear more about my big dreams, how I strive for greatness, and more importantly how YOU can get started achieving YOUR big dreams? Mitch Matthews interviewed for his radio show, where we talked about my big dreams. If you're not familiar with Mitch, he's the founder of the Big Dream Gathering and the wonderful game Do You Q? You can listen in and hear our 15 minute big dreams conversation.

What are your Big Dreams, and how can I help you achieve them?

Phil:

I am astounded to come across today's article because you mentioned Mitch Matthews and the Big Dream Gathering. Why?

Because as a result of some Twittering, some people began following me, causing me to check them out and then one thing led to another (this all happened this morning) and I discovered the BIG DREAM gathering taking placed tomorrow in Iowa. I got very excited and write to everyone who was coordinating this even including Mitch Matthews.

And then I come to your site to find out you were interviewed on his radio show. What a cool "coincidence!" Divine message for me? I don't know but I ended up not only subscribing to each of the three organizer's blogs but also wrote to them congratulating them on their DREAM DAY gig. It's so awesome.

I love the fact that we're buddies! You are the real deal - the VERY REAL REAL REAL REAL DEAL. The world needs you right now, everywhere. You need to divide yourself in many pieces and be everywhere at the same time. LOL.

Can't wait to see your customer service book, Phil!

Spent a lot of time in customer service myself (employee and employer) and can't emphasize how important the right training and motivation can be for both sides of the coin. I was at one of Harv Eker's motivational seminars the other week and it made me realize how much people (customers) can be inspired by great customer service and become a lifetime customer for no other reason.
