Wilsone Black (1837–1909) was a British military officer and colonial administrator, who became an Acting Administrator in Hong Kong for a period between February to November of 1898. He was eventually succeeded by Sir Henry Arthur Blake, who became the 12th Governor of Hong Kong. He was the Major General of China and Hong Kong from 1895 to 1898.

Wilsone Black had suggested the extension of Kowloon and the plan was realised in Convention for the Extension of Hong Kong Territory of 1898. The extension became New Territories.
