I'm sorry to keep going on about this (see Testicle cuffs), but the words "care must be taken" are simple not NPOV. Wikipedia is not an instruction manual or a health and safety guide. If we are truly NPOV then users will draw their own conclusions. On the Heroin page there is no warning saying "don't take this drug, it's dangerous", we just present the facts and then expect people to use the reference work to make their own minds up.
