Synergistetes

Synergistetes is a phylum of bacteria.[2][3][4] Members are Gram-negative,rod-shaped obligate anaerobes.[4] Species within this phylum have been implicated in periodontal disease,[5] gastrointestinal infections and soft tissue infections.[3]
