Dark Knight Preview Clips

Preview clips of the Dark Knight have been released (via IGN) and it confirms the impression given by the Dark Knight first six minutes; this batman movie is awesome!

Here below Dark Knight preview clips:

Why So Curious?

There's a Batman. (Heath Ledger as The Joker)

If you are not getting shot... (Maggie Gyllenhaal as Rachel Dawes)

I have heard all about you. (Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent / Two-Face)

Where is Harvey Dent?

Lau is half way to Hong Kong. (Gary Oldman as Lieutenant James Gordon)

I recommend a travel agent. (Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox)

Break in.

Going to come after you. (Nestor Carbonell as Mayor Anthony Garcia)

Gotham deserves a better class of criminal!

You can't ask me to wait..

He can make the choice no one else can make: the right choice.
(Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth)

Batman will have to answer.

Batman has no limits.

The Dark Knight is more than two hours and a half long but I think I am going to feel like the time is flying fast and I can already forecast that I will want more at the end of the film!

That's a movie worth seeing in an IMAX theater: don't miss the opportunity to see the Dark Knight in its full glory!

Dark Knight New Trailer

A new Dark Knight trailer has been unleashed for to cool down the impatience of Batman and Joker fans.

Here below the latest Dark Knight Trailer (beware, huge spoiler starting here):

The Joker: "The civilized people will eat each other, you'll see, I'll show you!"

We had a glimpse of the scene when Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart) transforms into Two Face! And the words of the Joker may explain why it has happened.

The plot of the Dark Knight is deeply thought: definitely a superhero movie for grown-ups! Should thank God that Director Christoper Nolan worked on the Batman franchise and that Heath Ledger had time to finish the movie!

Dark Knight Harvey Dent Is Two-Face

Harvey Dent - The Dark KnightIn the Dark Knight actor Aaron Eckhart is playing the role of Harvey Dent who is going to transform into Two-Face.

For the first time we have a preview clip featuring Two-Face! Well, it's just a glimpse, but if you want to see more it's quite easy to find the whole picture of Two-Faces which has leaked on the web some time ago...

Looks like the right part of the face of Two-Face is damned revulsive... Can understand why Batman would be so serious if he has to confront such an ugly opponent!

Fortunately the Joker is here to make us smile...

In the latest Dark Knight trailer we have a glimpse of a scene showing Harvey Dent becoming Two Face after being in contact with some acid solution:

But the civilized Harvey Dent when transforming into Two Face focuses his anger on Batman the Dark Knight, not on the Joker....

Dark Knight Bootleg Trailer

The Dark Knight is the upcoming sequel to Batman Begins.
A bootleg version of the trailer of the Dark Knight shown in front of Will Smith's movie I Am Legend has surfaced on the web. Maybe not the best quality bootleg, but still damned hot stuff!

Here it is:

Video Here

That's a Batman movie for grown up! Cheers! What a dark atmosphere in this Batman!
Let's forget about the 1989 Batman movie with Jack Nicholson's Joker: there is no comparison! Heath Ledger is a totally new Joker, and much better to my viewpoint.

Thank You Lord for I live in a time of such great movies!

Update: A bootleg of the second trailer of the Dark knight has hit the web:

Trailer now officially available, watch it at: Dark Knight Trailer 2

The Dark Night is going to be the most amazing Batman movie ever made!

Dark Knight Joker Clown Mask Featurette

Here below a clip featuring the creation of the clown masks worn by the henchmen of the Joker:

So much work on those masks! In this Dark Knight featurette a woman said that the actors are like transformed while under their masks. It reminds me a quotation from Anglo-Irish writer Oscar Wilde:

"Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth."

Dark Knight Imax Featurette

To help us wait for the next Batman movie an Imax featurette of the Dark Knight has been released.

Four scenes of the Dark Knight have indeed been shot with Imax cameras.

Here it is:

Lucky you if you have an Imax theater near your home: the Dark Knight in such a theater is gonna be gorgeous!
If you don't have any, don't worry: Batman does not need super powers to be Batman, so watching Batman in a traditional theater will be great as well.
