A Simple Guide to Happiness

Look, it’s just that easy. ACCEPT yourself, without any conditions, without being critical. Be comfortable with who you are. Happiness is just a state of mind, so, no one can make you unhappy but yourself. If you remain positive whenever life throw you curve balls, your resolution to solve them will come faster. You’ll have a smile on your face. Trust me.

Prioritize. As you age, job pressure usually increases with the threat of young guns threatening to take over from you. It is CRUCIAL that you learn how to balance work and play. Don’t let any aspect become the main focus that it affects the other.

Stay in the presence of positive people – if you have a friends who whine and moan all the time, chances are, you’ll be one of them, a full-time sulk. Seek cheerful and happy people, like myself. I’ve been through many downs that it has made me a positive person.

Simple ain’t it?

How very true…most people are placed in the same position, but the difference between the happy and the sad people is how the adapt to the situation at hand.

God, Daniel, enough with the holier than thou articles already la! Happiness, online dating, relationship tips. All of a sudden, you turned so mellow and very patronising. I love reading your reviews on music, but lately, theres been less of those and more of Dr Phill-like a posts. Anyway, aside from the melancholic posts, your blog is still one of my favourites.
