ColorDiff
Colour-highlighted 'diff' output

The Perl script colordiff is a wrapper for 'diff' and produces the same output but with pretty 'syntax' highlighting. Colour schemes can be customized.

Availability of colordiff with your Linux/BSD distribution:
Debian and Ubuntu users can probably just use "apt-get install colordiff" to download and install;
colordiff has been packaged for Gentoo Linux; colordiff has been packaged for Fedora; colordiff has been ported to MacOS X/Darwin; colordiff is available with Lunar Linux; colordiff has been ported to FreeBSD;PGP key is available from my home page.
