I do a wet bun to my long hair almost every day! It keeps me from having to go out with wet hair hanging down. Plus, when I let it down it has a nice wave to it. The only drawback is my hair can literally stay damp ALL DAY if it’s up. I don’t even fasten it, just tie it in a “knot” and go! My hair is very healthy because I don’t blow dry every day.

Fine post about the hair care problems and it is no doubt a serious thread and a major cause of aging. Overall all the post on this blog are usefull. I think you should also write on some skin pigmentation problems which are related to the aging and has a direct relation to the hair care problems.
