I just officially registered on stackoverflow (for some reason my own openID was not accepted during the beta period and I was too lazy to fix it).
While filling in my profile I was asked for my birthday in a way that is SO typical of a developer. See the screenshot:
It took me a few seconds to think about my birthday in YYYY/MM/DD format... :)

As per discussion earlier today, it should be "N years ago".
Or, at the other extreme, UTC: that would probably prove you're a developer.
