Shipping Policy



Due to the large number of items we sell and the cost of some of them, we are unable to stock every item in our store. Sometimes we will have items sent directly to you from the manufacturer and sometimes we will have items shipped to our store and then sent to you.

All non-media products such as statues, rosaries, etc. cannot be shipped via Media Mail rates via USPS. The shipping amount will be modified to reflect alternative shipping method to cover the actual cost of shipping any non-media item if Media Mail Rate is selected.

If you order multiples of an item we may not have enough in stock to ship all at once. Please be aware that the availability notice for each item applies to the purchase of one of an item, not to larger quantities.

Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package. If you provide us with a bad address and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss. We cannot be responsible for misdirected or damage to international orders.

If a package is returned to us because of a bad address provided by you, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and correct the error. If you choose to have the package sent again you will be billed the appropriate shipping charge. If you choose to cancel the order you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and your shipping charges will not be refunded.

No-Hassle Return Policy

If you would like to return a product, just send it back. Please enclose a note explaining why. If your return is postmarked within the first 30 days after you initially received it, you will be credited the full price of your product either back to your credit card or as a check refund depending on how you paid. Shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error with your shipment.

If you return an item after 30 days, you will be issued a Online Catholic Store gift certificate for the price of the item instead of a refund.

Items must be returned in new condition. If they arrived damaged, you will only receive a partial refund for the return.

Non-Returnable

We do not allow returns on opened CDs, cassette tapes, DVDs, videos, software, special order items . Any other non-returnable items will be clearly marked as such on the item description page.

Please do not send items that do not meet the above conditions as you will not receive a refund for them and they will not be returned to you.

If you return items that were purchased with a gift certificate we will credit that gift certificate the appropriate amount.

Credits and refund checks will usually be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned order.

Making Returns

Place the merchandise in the original shipping package or another comparable package. Include in the package your order number, the reason for your return and the name, address and phone number of the person who placed the order. If you are sending back defective merchandise, please describe the defect to us. Please carefully pack and protect the merchandise and wrap the package securely to keep merchandise from moving during shipment.

We strive to ship out your order within two business days. Your order will be shipped via the standard shipping method (usually regular surface mail). The arrival expectation is 4 to 14 business days. In some cases, this may take 21 business days or longer to arrive.
