Credit goes to bink.nu for noticing that Microsoft New Zealand has put up the Royale theme for download.   Royale was first seen in Windows Media Center Edition 2005 and now is officially available for Windows XP. You can find it on the Microsoft New Zealand Desktop Backgrounds site (you may want to also grab some the spiffy backgrounds found there).  Here’s a direct download link:

What’s really nice about the theme is that it’s signed by Microsoft so you won’t need a modified uxtheme.dll to use it.
