So that late night trip to the Taco Bell turned into an all night hug with the toilet, huh?

Well here’s your silver lining: Vomiting all night is no fun. It’s hands down one of the worst feelings on earth. So to make you feel a bit better just know that you probably lost between 5-7 lbs. in water weight alone. That’s commendable, since the average diet can only promise 1-2 lbs. a week. You get to take a sick day from work, and for once it won’t be due to acute alcohol poisoning. Another good thing is that you probably won’t be eating at a Taco Bell for a very long time. Although their food can be delicious at 2 am, it’s absolutely not the best the best thing to put into your body. So now you 5-7 lbs. lighter, and you have the will power to stay away from fast food. Good for you champ. :)
