If you are fan of Civilization games, Vox Imperium is a new web-based strategy game very addictive, it brings together hundreds of players in a game focusing on growth, diplomacy, and conquest. Games range from small one-on-one matches that last 3 hours to epic 1000-man brawls that draw out over months.

The game is free to play, but there are extra privileges you can get by buying "credits", which is really just a dressed up way of saying "Donate here".
